Begun by Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995, LY is an exercise program that is a combination of yogic breathing techniques, movement, and group interaction. Research has shown the benefits of laughter to reduce stress, improve strength, increase energy, and so much more. Laughter Yoga is a Global movement for health, joy, and world peace.
