Sharon Elaine Quackenbush
Bio: Sharon Quackenbush, LMHC, lives in sunny Central Florida and works as a licensed mental health counselor. As a former youth pastor and middle school teacher, Sharon has over a decade of experience working at the intersections of ministry, mental health, education, and adolescent development. Sharon is especially passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community, reducing the trauma that religious organizations can inadvertently and intentionally inflict, and helping individuals overcome and understand religion-based trauma. Through therapy, Sharon works to establish safe, brave, and empowering spaces to help individuals heal, discover themselves, build connection, and find peace.
