Bio: Victor Udoewa is a software, service, system, and social designer working to improve government products and services for the public. He focuses on health equity at the CDC and previously has worked on gender/racial equity and economic development at NASA. He specializes in relational, participatory, arts-based, and healing-centered practices for community challenges, futures, problems, goals, hopes, and visions. He helps groups move from a sole focus on mainstream institutional knowledge to becoming more comfortable also working with and through intuitive, energetic, aesthetic, emotional, community, spiritual, relational, lived experiential, and embodied knowledge. He has co-founded and co-led various alternative faith communities and served as music minister, youth pastor, and college worker in churches in different countries. He conducts design and community research, and he's a certified health trauma and crisis counselor, a choir member, and an admirer of his growing family.
