Kate Gomez Moore
Bio: Kate Gomez Moore is a Chicana dance artist (MFA). Kate brings an embodied perspective to the spirituality of Christianity. In her experience teaching dance to a variety of ages, cultural backgrounds, and abilities, Kate has developed practices of radical love and shaping inclusive community that are applicable outside of the dance classroom. Investigating the body-mind-soul as inextricably linked has connected her work in dance with her journey of faith deconstruction and creating portals of possibility for faith reconstruction.
