Rasheeda Hastings
Bio: Rasheeda J. Hastings is a spiritual director and Community Engagement Coordinator at the Cranaleith Spiritual Center in Philadelphia. She is a member of the Spiritual Directors of Color Network and Spiritual Directors International. She is also a trained labyrinth facilitator, and enjoys presenting workshops on spiritual connections in every day life.

Rasheeda practices meditation, Reiki, yoga, and tai chi. She believes that the mind body spirit union is key to overall good health and wellness.
