Bio: Kenneth McIntosh is a writer, educator, speaker, and United Church of Christ minister. He combines the Celtic wisdom of his heritage with a lifetime seeking to follow the just ways of Christ. Degrees in English and theology, tempered with years of re-thinking his personal faith and teaching college courses on comparative religions, form his practice. Travels in Ireland, the British Isles, and Europe, and walking pilgrimages in Scotland and Spain, inspire his writing. He is author of Water from an Ancient Well: Celtic Spirituality for Modern Life, Oak and Lotus: Celtic Christianity in Light of Eastern Wisdom, The Secret of the Green Man’s Soul, and other popular books. He has presented workshops and retreats in the US and UK, both webinars and on-site teaching, for retreat centers, festivals, podcasts, and churches. He lives in the Finger Lakes region of New York with his wife and cat. His interests include hiking, eco-justice, fountain pens, and model rocketry.
