Bio: Sonja Solter (Wholiness Connection) is a YouTuber/podcaster, spiritual director, and breathwork facilitator from Louisville, Colorado. A spiritual awakening in 2009 instigated the spiritual journey that has led to explorations and offering around wholeness (Wholiness) and connection: to ourselves, each other, and the divine. With her new Substack, Oneness Practices, she strives to give people support in exploration and practice of our Oneness, an underlying truth that is beautifully magical, essentially mystical and absolutely real.
