Tom Gaulke
Bio: Rev. Thomas R. Gaulke, Ph.D., is a belief-fluid Lutheran pastor. He served in Chicagoland 2009-2023, co-founding and collaborating with neighborhood groups to address issues of environmental, transportation, economic, and racial justice. He is currently the interim campus pastor to Carthage College. He is the author of An Unpromising Hope: Finding Hope Outside of Promise for an Agnostic Church and for Those of Us Who Find it Hard to Believe (Pickwick Publications, 2021), and Everyday Armageddons (Cascade, 2023).
