Katy Gift
Bio: Katy Gift is currently a nurse professional development educator and previously an emergency room nurse. Many years ago, she was introduced to the labyrinth as a child attending summer camp. Throughout her life she enjoyed walking the labyrinth as part of prayer and meditation practice. After hurricane Katrina, the labyrinth provided a path for stress reduction and peace. The journey into the center of the labyrinth and the return, walking back the same path, was a wonderful way to let go and just be.
Recently completing Veriditas labyrinth facilitator training, Katy is looking forward to introducing others to their labyrinth journeys.
