Description: Bring a prayer, psalm or song or choose one provided by the co-creator to serve as a jumping-off point for this workshop. (Lectionary-based and other resources welcome.) We will seek to become more expansive in our images of God and stronger in how we understand what God can do. We will also seek to broaden our horizons for how we depict people and how we characterize the Good News. Participants will have a chance to share what language they have found helpful and hurtful and to move into using helpful language from our conversation and resources provided by the co-creator to write A Word of Power.
