What Grew My Church, What Shrank It, and Does it Matter?

Description: For nine years, while pastoring the church I started in San Diego, I noticed some interesting trends. When we would do _________, the church grew (both in numbers and overall energy/enthusiasm). But then when we did ________, the numbers and the momentum went the other direction. In this session, not only will I share which things led to growth (and what caused shrinkage), but I’ll be joined by several other pastors to get their reactions. Did they notice the same kind of things? And in the end, does size or growth even matter?
