Description: During our time together, we will explore the history and intricacies of the mandala. Throughout nature, cultures and paths of spirituality, the Mandala or “sacred circle” can be found beckoning the beholder to explore further into the depths of self. Which is what this creative workshop is about: discovering/remembering parts of self that are found through transformation along spiritual lines, and connection to parts of self otherwise hidden. Participants will be able to create their own mandala through drawing and to further the experience throughout the festival and beyond. Mandalas may be as simple or as detailed as you like, and do not be dismayed, we will provide tools to help support drawing of these Sacred Circles.
