Description: Gathering as a small group/Convo space, this Experience holds space with is often contested. We, activists working at the intersection of faith and LGBTQIA+ identities, know the struggle of being too Queer for the religious people and too religious for the Queer folks. Compelled to take a stand and called to act up, what strategies, coping skills and talents do we employ? How can we support each other today and beyond? This Experience, like the philosophy major leading it, will asks lots of questions and pose few, if any, answers. Yet, perhaps between a small group of passionate people and the movement of the Spirit we’ll come away with a few more questions.
