Description: Many of us come from religious backgrounds that participate in and encourage hands-on healing and miraculous expectation; how can we make this actually practice-able, wherever we’re at in our spiritual journeys? How can we use what we know about energy and attunement to bring our physical bodies into greater alignment?
In this space we will explore the energetic body, discovering how to access and help balance other humans' energetic bodies. Cultivating breathwork, visualization, sensory input and appreciative sensitivity of our bodies and those of others, this hands-on teaching workshop will explore what personal and collective healing can look like healing can look like in a fun, relaxed practice space!
