Description: We are an anonymous band of people who are in various forms of recovery, or who are recovery-curious. Recovery by the River, (now Recovery at the Goose) grew out of the Wharf Rat movement at Grateful Dead concerts. Those of us in recovery sought to connect with those who are like-minded, and a tightly knit Goose community happened! Our encampment (in the Car camping area) is a sober safe space (alcohol-and other substances- free zone). Anyone is welcome to hang out at any time! We hold two 12 Step-style meetings every day: 9AM and 7PM. Open to ALL.
